I like youth ministries because it brings innovation to our churches. It makes me a better leader by finding ways our church can incorporate youth and young adults with out of the box thinking to make church more relevant.

My favorite food would have to be Jerk Salmon, rice and peas, steamed vegetables, and mac and cheese.
